An Asian folklore tale inspired the creation of the Emperor lamp, a stunning new piece for Moooi.
The tale tells the story of an Asian Emperor who is given a Nightingale as a gift. It's song was so beautiful that the Emperor became bewitched and decided to keep the bird by his side forever. So the Nightingale was put in a beautiful, majestic cage in the imperial chambers and became the delight of the Emperors days.
