Mandala Rashid Modern Designer Glass Wall Light
The word mandala means circle or wheel in Sanskrit – Mandalas have been used for centuries by various cultures as an aid to meditation. It represents wholeness, a sort of “cosmic diagram” that reminds us of our connection to the infinite. This Mandala – or light meditation – takes the name of its designer, the infamous Karim Rashid who is renowned for injecting colour into all sorts of environments – lifting the way we think and feel. The light is made from a plated glass diffuser pressed with “fracco” and decorated by hand.
