A. Yes. Our site is approved by Thawte and any sensitive data is encrypted so that nobody can read it.
A. Yes - please provide your full delivery address so that we can convert product prices to your local currency. We require your specific product and delivery address details so that we can quote accordingly. Please feel to call us on +44 1483 410 007 to discuss this in detail.
A. On orders up to £99 delivery is £7.50 throughout mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Remote UK and Southern Ireland delivery charged at cost - quotations on request. Deliveries for orders of £100 or more FREE OF CHARGE throughout mainland UK and Northern Ireland with the exception of special delivery requirement orders. Our special delivery service is charged at £75, this includes product delivery and installation.

For stock purchases, the full amount is debited at time of order, "To Order" products such as tables, chairs, sofa systems and storage, 50% of the total value of your order is debited at time of order, the balance when the product is ready for dispatch - you will be emailed at this time to notify you that we are debiting the balance due.

A. For small gift items we can offer a gift wrapping service. Price depends on item size - some are simply to large to wrap! Please see what is possible as part of your check-out process. You can also leave a gift message on the packing slip. You will be given this option when you have placed items in your shopping basket*.
