Leigh Harmer Returns Policy
Here at Leighharmer.co.uk we are happy to offer our customers a straightforward returns policy on any items which you are not completely satisfied with. Provided the item is a standard product where no individual finish options have been specified, you may return or exchange the goods.
As part of our policy, items must be returned as new within 7 working days of delivery and with all the original packaging intact and product tags attached. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to formally advise this.
The cost of successfully returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card and will exclude any delivery costs.

You will be issued with a returns reference number and a convenient time will be arranged for our couriers to collect any items. The cost of the return delivery will be deducted from your original purchase price.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, please contact us the next working day either by email at info@leighharmer.co.uk or phone us on +44 (0)1483 410 007. This will allow us to make the necessary arrangements for collecting the damaged/faulty goods and sending you a replacement.
Please note, it is important that you keep all the original packaging and carefully repackage the item. Our courier will make the collection and upon inspection at our warehouse a refund or replacement sent at our expense will be arranged.
