Leigh Harmer Returns Policy

Here at Leighharmer.com we are happy to offer our customers a straightforward returns policy on any items which you are not completely satisfied with. Provided the item is a standard product where no individual finish options have been specified, you may return or exchange the goods.

As part of our policy, items must be returned as new within 7 working days of delivery and with all the original packaging intact and product tags attached. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

The cost of successfully returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card and will exclude any delivery costs.

To return goods you can contact us by email at shop@leighharmer.com or give us a call on +44 (0)20 7736 5111. You will be issued with a returns reference number and a convenient time will be arranged for our couriers to collect any items.

We will email you a returns document which we kindly ask that you complete and enclose with the item.

Damaged/ Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, please contact us the next working day either by email at shop@leighharmer.com or phone us on +44 (0)20 7736 5111. This will allow us to make the necessary arrangements for sending you a replacement.

Please note, it is important that you keep all the original packaging and carefully repackage the item. Parcelforce will make the collection and upon inspection at our warehouse a refund or replacement sent at our expense will be arranged.
